In his book Leading Me, Steve A. Brown, President of Arrow Leadership states that, “Personal leadership is our first leadership responsibility. First and foremost, this means intentionally partnering with God and others to become the whole person he created and desires us to be.” (pg.17)

In the book, Steve maps out Eight Practices for a Christian Leader’s Most Important Assignment. He takes you through a clear, concise journey to make sure you lead from a healthy, whole soul with reflective questions at the end of each chapter.

The Spiritual Life Development Department has created a Study Guide to go along with this book. It is designed to help you go deeper as an individual or in a small group setting. There is further opportunity for guided reflection and room to journal. This study guide will help you look at each chapter’s theme, meditate on the lesson and discover your personal message from God. This study guide can be used individually for personal study and reflection or it could be used in a small group setting.
